There’s this big misunderstanding in ballet, that being able to do multiple ballet pirouettes, translates directly to “having an amazing ballet technique”. It does not, and while having a good ballet technique will undoubtedly result in multiple turns, it doesn’t work the other way around.

But if the dancer turns, why to bother with learning the technique?
